Decisions Made
General
Team name is 17-38. Meetings every Tuesday right after lecture. Rotations every week for meeting notes.
Communication: Primary channel is Slack.
Group Contract
Due by Sunday. Covers team purpose, values, roles, conflict resolution, and communication standards. Key principles agreed on:
- Equal effort expected, with advance notice if something comes up
- Communicate blockers as soon as possible
- We are trying to be learning-focused because skill gaps are expected and okay
Standups
Every Tuesday before or after class. Each person shares progress, blockers, and what they learned that week.
Progress Tracking
Shared docs per functional area (frontend, backend, etc.) so rotating members can catch up easily. Weekly goals written per section.

Team Page

Intro Video
Those not able to attend in person should record their own videos and send them in. Ice skating event at UTC is Friday 12:00 - 4:00pm, meet at 12:00 - 12:30pm.
